Inspirant
This stunning and extremely typey
Oldenburg stallion passed his 100-Day Test at the famous
Adelheidsdorf in 1978. He covered mares in Rheinland-Pfalz and
Oldenburg for a while, before changing career and becoming a
lady`s Riding Horse from 1980 to 1989. He won Showjumping to L
level and also proved his versatility by winning Dressage to L
level as well. He is schooled to S level Dressage (4th level US).
INSPIRANT`s dam, HAVANNA, was born in Westfalen and founded her own mare-line within the Oldenburg Studbook. Having successfully competed to M Dressage herself (3rd level) before commencing her breeding career she produced highly graded mares. One particularly outstanding such mare was Havarie, who herself produced several Vechta-Elite-Auction horses. HAVANNA`s daughter Havanna II was a State Premium mare and the dam of the graded stallion Ultrafürst. INSPIRANT`s dam-line also shows a high percentage of Hanoverian blood from the traditional Stallion Station Altenbruch. His dam-sire HANSEAT, a black stallion (HANSAKAPITÄN) was bred there, but sadly only covered at Warendorf for 2 years. He is closely related to the superb jumping sire Domspatz via his dam`s lineage. INSPIRANT, a horse of very amenable character, covered few mares as a 3 and 4 year old, yet his offspring really proved his worth. During the year 1979, when he covered in Oldenburg, he sired among others the very successful jumping mare ZISKA, who herself produced one of the highest priced horses of the PSI Auction in 1986. Subsequently he covered mares in Schleswig-Holstein between 1990 and 1993, where he produced typey and attractive foals, almost all of whom where awarded Foal Premiums. Already 24 years now, he once again produced an impressive crop of Premium foals. Text by Claus Schridde In 2003 Inspirant's PALOMINO colored son
Inspiration GF was presented for approval and was described as being the "Star
of the Approval" that day. You find him on our stallion page. His one year
younger half brother In Gold GF turns out to be a top class dressage prospect
for the serious Grand Prix rider.
