Morgengold
II
A charming, typey and athletic model of a stallion! Instantly recognisable because of his amazing coat, MORGENGOLD II shines not only with his rare palomino color, but also convinces with movement that is truly a class above the rest, and a fascinating quality over a fence.
MORGENGOLD I has only covered a few mares in Germany, but has already produced a graded son (MEGA-STAR). He has since moved to Ireland where he is successfully competing in Showjumping and has also produced the All-Ireland-Champion mare in Gorresbridge. He has further sired a highly placed (8th) contestant of the world-famous jumping festival in Millstreet, which is open only to a selected number of outstanding jumping horses.
Their dam-sire MAGISTER was one of the most important Trakehner stallions of the 1970s, and rightly famous for his unique character and as a producer of competition horses for both Dressage and Jumping. Looking at the next generation down we
find further old East Prussian (Trakehner) blood in ILMENGRUND
and TAIFUN, who have passed their beautiful type down to
MORGENGOLD II.
Morgengold I (Zweibruecker-Ireland, bred and owned by Gestuet Falkenhorst), Win the Gold (ZfDP-Germany, owned by Gestuet Falkenhorst), Inspiration GF (Oldenburg-Germany, bred and owned by Gestuet Falkenhorst) Blonder Hans (Brandenburger-USA, formerly owned by Gestuet Falkenhorst) Dream of Gold (ZfDP-Germany, owned by Gestuet Falkenhorst) The foals of Morgengold II are also eligible for RPSI and some others.
